Ze voerden hun oefeningen uit op Tapibel-tapijt. We leveren al verschillende jaren <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tapibel.be\/nl\/technisch-tapijt\">getuft tapijt voor de artistieke ritmische gymnastiekmat<\/a> op de Olympische Spelen aan onze klant Gymnova. Managing Director Werner Verweyen geeft tekst en uitleg. <\/em>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;40px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]Werner werd onlangs ge\u00efnterviewd door Leen Dewitte van Radio 1, een Belgische nationale radiozender. Hij vertelde er alles over het Tapibel-tapijt dat mee schittert in Parijs.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;40px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>Over welk deel van de matten gaat het precies waar Tapibel bij betrokken is?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cHet is het veld van de artistieke en ritmische gymnastiek van 14 bij 14 meter. Dat bestaat uit verschillende lagen, heeft een dikte van ongeveer 40 centimeter. De toplaag, dat is ons tapijt. \u201c[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>Dus wat bovenop die mousse en dat andere materiaal komt?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cJa dat klopt, de mat bestaat uit veren, mousses, planken en dergelijke. En daar bovenop komt dan standaard het beige tapijt met een rode rand.\u201d[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>Dat is waaraan we jullie product kunnen herkennen<\/strong>?<br \/>\n\u201cJa, dat is het product dat wordt gemaakt door mijn Franse klant, Gymnova. Die maakt toestellen voor de gymnastiek, allerhande toestellen en het veld is daar \u00e9\u00e9n onderdeel van.\u201d[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>Waaraan moet dat olympisch tapijt allemaal voldoen?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cBelangrijk voor de gymnasten is dat het zacht tapijt is, aangenaam om op te springen en te lopen. De wrijfweerstand is ook belangrijk. Als je erop landt, moet de wrijfweerstand altijd dezelfde zijn. De toestellen veren ook flink bij het springen, dus het tapijt moet heel flexibel zijn. Tevens moet het ook sterk zijn zodat het niet scheurt.\u201d[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>Heeft het tapijt elke Olympische Spelen een andere kleur of werken jullie altijd met dezelfde kleur?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cGymnova werkt standaard met rood, maar bij de Spelen van Rio de Janeiro (in 2016), hebben we speciaal een Braziliaans-groene rand geproduceerd. Dit jaar, tijdens de Spelen in Parijs, is het een blauwgroene rand.\u201d[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>Hoe komt het dat jullie dat specifieke product aanbieden? Waar maakt Tapibel het verschil?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cWe gaan samen met de klant op zoek naar manieren om aan die verschillende eigenschappen te voldoen. Het is een atypisch tapijt: elke samenstelling, zowel van het garen, de onderkant, de lijmlaag, \u2026 is specifiek ontwikkeld voor de artistieke en ritmische gymnastiek.\u201d[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>Mogen turners het tapijt ook testen op voorhand?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cJazeker. Het wordt getest op proefvelden bij de turnclubs. Als ze weten dat een specifiek toestel op de Olympische Spelen komt, wekt dat de interesse. Natuurlijk traint iedereen graag op het exacte toestel dat op de Spelen staat. Zo gaan zij dat toestel ook bestellen.\u201d[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>Hoeveel impact hebben de Olympische Spelen voor jullie? Want het gaat hier wel duidelijk over een nicheproduct.<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cKlopt, het is een nicheproduct. Naast de Spelen, maken we ook tapijt voor andere gymnastiekproducenten, we zijn er wel echt sterk in.\u201d[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>Bijzonder, want jullie zijn eerdere een kleiner familiebedrijf maar dan toch een speler op die internationale markt.<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cInderdaad, maar het is ook specialiteit dat niet elk bedrijf kan of wil doen. Het gaat niet over volumeproducten maar we produceren toch tapijt voor zo\u2019n 300 velden per jaar.\u201d[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>Zijn er nog andere grote sportevenementen waar jullie tapijten gebruikt worden?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cEigenlijk op alle grote sportevenementen voor gymnastiek. De Commonwealth Games bijvoorbeeld. Of op Europese wedstrijden, in Glasgow, ook daar zijn onze tapijten aanwezig.\u201d[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;40px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]We zijn trots dat Tapibel op deze manier toch een beetje aanwezig is op de Olympische Spelen.
